Static Security Staff
QA 143 has highly trained Iraqi staff employed at all levels, who are trained either on site or at our training schools to provide security services across Iraq. Our operations team is well versed in the process of selecting, screening, training, delivering and managing these guard forces according to standards mandated by PSC.1 and ISO 18788. Staff are reviewed and assessed on a regular basis.

Operations Management
QA 143 maintains its own countrywide communications network from its base in Baghdad. The Operations Control Room is supervised 24/7 by reliable and experienced operations staff, who tracks and monitors the movement of all teams using dual tracking systems (GSM and satellite), mobile phones, VHF radios, HF radios and satellite telephones.
